Deon founded Amasu Management Consulting out of a deep conviction that real change happens when strategy meets genuine care for the people who execute it. His approach is hands-on, founder-led, and intentionally human-centered: blending rigorous frameworks with sincere collaboration to empower leaders, align teams, and build resilient organizations ready for tomorrow.

As a Christian, he draws strength from faith, stewardship, and the simple joy of being present in God’s creation.
